Antique bronze charcoal fired iron (for ironing clothes), late Qing dynasty circa 1900, the coal chamber cast with lozenge motif all around, wood bamboo form handle with light dove grey Burmese jadeite archer's ring, the ring possibly of later date. Acquired almost 20 years ago from private East Coast collection, old collector's seal on bottom.
